The Portland Orchid Society
shall be a non-profit association for the preservation and
education by the extension of knowledge concerning the
ecology, conservation, preservation, science, cultivation,
hybridization, appreciation and uses of orchids, and to
carry on such activities as may be necessary or desireable
to effectuate such purposes. The society was founded
to reach out to all orchid enthusiasts and to above all
treat people with respect and appreciation - For The Love
Of Orchids!
